Mark A. Hughes

Mark A. Hughes Esq. is the proud founder and owner of Hughes Law Group. While born in Voorhees, New Jersey, he grew up in Tampa, Florida. Mark attended The University of South Florida (USF) where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Finance in 2009. While attending USF and for a short time thereafter, he gained volumes of valuable experience in the world of business finance, banking, and insurance.

Mark completed his legal education in Atlanta, GA John Marshall Law School in 2014, earning himself a Juris Doctorate. During his last year in law school, he interned with Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where he observed many trial and criminal hearings, learned several important aspects of criminal law and gained practical experience in case preparation.

After law school, Mark decided to come back to his home state to practice law in Tampa, Florida. Shortly after his return, he embarked on a journey to serve his country in the United States Coast Guard. He also gained valuable experience working with a mid-size personal injury firm for several years before taking a leap of faith to establish Hughes Law Group. Mark is known in the community as a charismatic, down to earth individual with the spirit to help anyone down on their luck. He is also a family man who enjoys traveling, sports, entertainment, and living for the experiences of life.
