Biography
Ali Elsagga spends the majority of his time practicing in criminal law. Although he practices criminal defense, he started his career on the opposing side as a state prosecutor serving Florida’s 6th and 14th Judicial Circuits. During his career, he prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and learned every stage of the process beginning from the arrest and ending with the disposition of the case through a plea or trial. Due to his experience, Mr. Elsagga can quickly evaluate the strength of a case and will invest his time to find the weaknesses. No case is the same and every case requires creativity for a strong defense. No case is perfect for the prosecution, and those imperfections are what Mr. Elsagga will spend the time to find, which many times will result in a win for a case. He loves his job, takes his job seriously, and treats each client with the highest of priority. All of his clients are happy to know they have an attorney that will invest in their case and is more than willing to push their case to trial if needed. Letting a client down is simply not an option.
